Job Description
Adecco Credit & Banking is hiring for the Italian Branch of a prestigious bank, for the position of Executive Assistant - Fixed Term . Key Responsibilities: Perform general secretarial tasks for the Managing Director, including managing the agenda, screening telephone calls, preparing documentation for conference calls and meetings, and providing support for various tasks as needed. Assist in organizing meetings, conference calls with clients, and meetings attended by large audiences. Support the organization of client events, management presentations, and other business-related events. Handle administrative work related to deal follow-ups and support the distribution of required documents to internal departments. Coordinate room bookings for calls and meetings as necessary. Organize business trips, including booking flights, trains, hotels, managing logistics, and preparing travel expenses in accordance with company policies. J-18808-Ljbffr
