We’re seeking a Head of People & Talent , a strategic and emotionally intelligent leader who can scale our team with elegance, vision, and precision. About the Role This is not classic HR. This is Human Experience Design. You will lead the full people function across our international offices, shaping the future of talent acquisition from top hospitality universities in Europe, and managing the end-to-end process of select, interview, hire, onboard, engage, and grow motivated, world-class talent in a company built on luxury, excellence, and innovation.
