Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in construction, project management or equivalent. 5-10 years’ experience. Professionally qualified to PMI preferable. Experience of new-build and/or refurbishment projects especially with hospitality and residential sector ideal. Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills (both internal and external). Availability for travel. A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible. Excellent written and spoken English and Italian required.
