Job Description
Collaborate closely with the existing culinary team to create and refine menu offerings that align with the hotel’s focus on healthy Italian and international cuisine. Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are maintained consistently. Adapt menus based on seasonal availability of ingredients and current culinary trends, while keeping health and nutrition at the forefront. Engage with guests to receive feedback and make adjustments to dishes as needed. Maintain compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations within the kitchen. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef with a strong portfolio in Italian and international cuisines, preferably with a focus on health-oriented dishes. Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience. Excellent ability to work cooperatively with a team of culinary professionals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for customer engagement. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
