You will be directly onsite with our customers, handling incoming tickets from users: Setting up PC workplaces Installations, migrations, and rollouts User administration via Active Directory User support with MS Office, Windows, and other software issues Stock / asset management Support for meeting rooms / conferencing rooms Smart hand support for server and network devices You will assist users with creative solutions and a service-oriented approach.
