SENIOR HR GENERALIST

Social network you want to login/join with: For a multinational chemical industry whose headquarters are based in the west area of Milan, we are looking for a candidate to fill a position at our plant located in Novara. Senior HR Generalist , the sole HR representative at the site, will report to the HR Italian Director. The selected candidate will be responsible for the administrative HR management of the site, as well as for recruiting and training activities. He/She will be an active and proactive HR support to the Site Manager. Main Activities and Responsibilities Manage the administration of personnel policies and procedures through an external payroll supplier. Analyze job requirements and prepare job descriptions for recruitment. Conduct job interviews when needed. Arrange internal training and development programs as required to match training needs. Support the HR Director in managing Union Relations. Compensation package offered The fixed annual salary will be based on the candidate’s experience. Lunch reimbursement at partner restaurants nearby. Employment contract governed by the Chemical Industry National Collective Labor Agreement, level B. Job requirements A minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in the position, along with a solid educational background. A good knowledge of English is required, especially for interactions with the Global HR Director and for projects involving collaboration with HR colleagues from other countries. Additional information Flexible working hours, with early leave (one hour) on Fridays. Main office location: Novara. One day a week availability at the HQ located in West Milan is required.
