Under the supervision of the Senior Executive Assistant to the President, the successful candidate will provide administrative, organizational, and logistical support to business activities. Main Responsibilities: Assist in managing the executive's agenda. Plan and book meetings, interviews, training sessions, external customer visits. Manage communication with internal and external contacts. Handle phone requests and respond to emails, providing and obtaining information from external contacts. Coordinate trips (train, flights, hotels, car rentals) with travel agencies. Monitor costs and maintain administrative records. Prepare expense reports. Archive contracts; ensure invoices are signed and paid. Create purchase requests in SAP. Plan and prepare special events, international meetings, and partner visits. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian; French is a plus. Outstanding time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks. Ability to work effectively with all management levels, staff, departments, and third parties. Discretion in handling confidential information; adaptable to various demands. Responsibility, integrity, and accountability. Self-awareness and thoughtfulness.
