Job Description

The role of Sales Lead offers a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a rapidly expanding business in a competitive market. You will be responsible for building relationships with new restaurant partners, enhancing our value proposition for customers, and identifying growth opportunities to sustain our momentum. This position is ideal for an outgoing, commercially-minded individual who enjoys relationship-building. Responsibilities: Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of 5-10 Business Development Managers in your area. Collaborate directly with the Head of Sales and other department leaders to effectively scale your territory's supply. Conduct meetings with high-profile restaurant groups for new business opportunities and lead negotiations. Regularly report performance metrics to senior management. Background and Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, or Business. At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or account management in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Proven ability to target new business and achieve sales targets. Strong negotiation skills with a knack for structuring win-win deals. Commercial awareness of the food delivery industry’s economics. Ability to persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge. Ownership mentality with the ability to work within demanding targets. Passion for food and the restaurant industry. Tenacious and self-motivated personality. Why Deliveroo?
