Restaurant Waiter

Department: Food & Beverage Employment Type: Seasonal - Full Time Location: Italy - Venice Description The overall scope of the job includes serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with the hotel standards and Kempinski’s DNA values. The goal is to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Adhere strictly to all hotel rules, including fire, safety, and hygiene regulations such as HACCP. Manage the service team effectively, delegating tasks appropriately. Maintain high quality of product and service in the outlet. Develop the outlet proactively, seeking opportunities to generate more business. Job Requirements NATIONALITY: Eligible for a work permit in Italy. EDUCATION: Hospitality Management or related field. EXPERIENCE: Experience in an F&B service role. LANGUAGE: Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment: Italian (excellent oral and written), English (excellent oral and written), additional languages are beneficial. Competencies Teamwork, resilience under pressure, and proactive problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Professional, confidential, and ethical approach. Work in a safe, organized manner. Technical skills include computer literacy, proficiency in Excel and Word is a plus.
