TXT e-Tech , a company belonging to the TXT Group, is looking for a Project Manager to work in the Aerospace & Aviation division. The Project Manager is part of the Flight Simulator and Ground Station management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall program / project management considering schedule and cost budget constraints and Customer peculiarities, managing the relevant operative plan, contractual milestones and achievements. Main responsibilities : Defining and managing the budget plan, ensuring that it is adhered to (for sales and revenue) and dealing with any new forecasts or adjustments; Definition, analysis and evaluation of area KPIs; Material handling management and monitoring of suppliers; Monitoring overall costs and projects to reduce them; Risk management, also coordinating and monitoring the progress of mitigation actions, keeping the database of overall risks updated; Defining and maintaining plans, updating them according to contractual requirements, ensuring that planned activities meet them, and producing project progress reports; Coordinating the project team, involving them in contract initiation, distribution of contractual, timing and technical commitments; Defining, monitoring and updating KPIs in the Quality and Configuration. Technical skills required : Project planning and monitoring; Cost monitoring; Risk analysis and management; Knowledge of the English language. Education Master's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical or Engineering Management . Excellent communication skills, ability to work in team and time management will complete the profile.
