Responsibilities Perform various food preparations, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations and quality dishes for patrons. Complete all tasks on the prep list from the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef. Prepare food items daily in their assigned outlet and other kitchen areas. Ensure dishes are clean and sanitized, operate dishwashing equipment, and maintain supplies. Assist kitchen staff in producing menu items to ensure high performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Estimated Monthly Budget Projected monthly income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15) Housing costs: $600/month Meals provided during working hours J1 Visa Program This traineeship is part of a J1 visa program designed for young professionals or recent graduates to advance their careers, gain work experience, and enjoy cultural exchange. The total application cost for the J1 Visa program is $1,870, including: Final payment upon visa approval: $1,450 (includes $650 mandatory health insurance) Disclaimer: The first month of housing must be paid in advance by the candidate.
