As Project Manager in the E&S Project Management team, you will plan, execute, and deliver system solutions to the food industry, focusing on Alfa Laval’s core technologies within Food Systems and Edible Oil Systems markets for global customers. Position Details Type: Regular contract Reporting to: Project Office Manager Your Tasks Plan, execute, deliver, install, and commission projects worldwide. Follow our project management model, Engineering Workflow, and other tools and procedures, aiming for “ World Class Project Management ”. Deliver projects on budget, on time, and with the right quality by actively involving customers, stakeholders, and team members, proactively managing customer expectations. Engage the project team to develop technical solutions with quality and efficiency. Your Background You are: A Mechanical Engineer or equivalent. A team player and a good communicator. A motivating leader. A skilled negotiator. You have: At least 3 years of experience as a project manager. Preferably a background in food systems or agro-industrial areas.
