Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Provide the overall framework and borders in which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (incl. SaaS). Offer a clear vision over platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability. Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogs, ensuring their accuracy. Define high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning with all domains’ specific strategies. Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis. Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log. Document tech strategy, including high-level targets at the domain level. Engage with the business community on program discoveries. Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms. Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis. Support the Product Community in delivering outcomes. Keep architecture documentation updated with delivery evolutions. Ensure platform integrity in all delivery outcomes. Create and foster an Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies. Promote frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide, representing HB at tech events. Enhance the current architecture framework, especially for our Java and Angular-based platforms.
