Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS). Provide a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability. Maintain proper framework documentation and architecture catalogues, ensuring their correctness. Define high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), aligned with the Tech community. Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis. Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log. Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution. Support cross-business process implementations and high-level design overviews to ensure platform integrity. Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies. Advocate for frameworks, values, and vision across the organization and represent HBX at tech events. Improve current architecture framework, especially over our Java and Angular-based platform.
