About Aethos Milan Aethos Milan is a boutique hotel and members club located in Milan’s vibrant Navigli district. With 32 individually designed rooms, a world-famous cocktail bar, a gym, and Zaia restaurant, we strive to make Aethos Milan a home for travelers and members alike. Overview Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Develop and implement community engagement strategies Plan and execute community initiatives and programs Participate in social, corporate events, and workshops Respond to community inquiries and feedback Network with the local creative community to build awareness and support recruitment Monitor atmosphere and ensure top-quality service from reception throughout the visit Collaborate with marketing and support teams Analyze data to assess engagement Coordinate with internal stakeholders to enhance the member experience, including marketing, F&B, finance, and HR Core Competencies Fluent in English & Italian, both written and spoken Strong network and presence in Milan/Italy, with experience in growing communities Proven leadership in community building online and offline Experience in event planning, social programming, and driving member engagement Empathy, friendliness, and positive energy Self-starter with initiative to create new programs Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for meeting people Understanding of business fundamentals, including finance and investments Responsibility for membership growth, retention, and experience, including hosting events and communications Flexible work schedule and willingness to work outside traditional hours Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and work on property and at an executive level Presence as a face of the club to members Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude Proficiency with CRM, financial tools, Excel, and similar software Leadership experience in community management, marketing, or PR is a plus If you are passionate about creating meaningful connections, building vibrant communities, and delivering exceptional member experiences, we would love to hear from you.
