QSRP (Quick Service Restaurant Platform), is looking for a Account Payable Specialist , ready to take on the challenge within the Finance Department. If you are interested and ready to take on such a responsibility, then we want you! Mission: Reporting to the Accounting Manager of QSRP based in Antwerp the Accounting Payable specialist is accountable for verifying proper payment approval, processing payments in a timely manner. In particular you will carry on the following activities: Match supplier invoices to authorizing purchase orders and proofs of receipt Obtain payment approvals for non-cost of goods sold invoices Enter all supplier invoices into the payables software Issue notices to suppliers regarding rejected invoice line items Process expense reports Process procurement card payments Notify managers when budgeted expenditure levels have been exceeded Discuss with local management payment proposal. Incorporate all applicable supplier credits into payments made Research supplier requests for payment Update the supplier master file Reconcile accounts payable to the general ledger Main requirements: Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration is well appreciated Maximum 5 years of experience with accounting principles, book-keeping concept Good Knowledge of SAP Knowledge of French is preferred Proficiency in Excel Ability to work independently and proactively Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail Able to embrace new challenges in fast changing environment Good communication skills, ability to connect with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries/cultures What we offer: International Environment Hybrid Work Mode Access to company discounts Selection Process: CV screening (CV in english is mandatory) Behavioral & Cognitive Tests HR Interview Final feedback Hiring Proposal Why join us on our journey?
