POSITION – SOUS CHEF

A premier 5-star hotel is looking for a skilled and passionate SOUS CHEF to join their culinary team. Key Responsibilities and participate in the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to the hotel's standards. Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Collaborate with the Executive Chef in planning and updating menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences. Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed and ensure proper storage and rotation of all food items. Ensure all kitchen activities comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff to enhance skills and knowledge. Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations Qualifications & Experience Formal culinary training or equivalent experience a MUST Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a reputable hospitality establishment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Passion for culinary excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
