Job Description

As a Planning analyst - Parts, Accessories and Apparel at BRP, you will be tasked to support the global business planning function by delivering insights and reporting visibility. You will be working closely with the order management and order to delivery teams to support processes related to orderbook preparation, order cleansing and maintenance, performance measurement and order fulfillment reporting. You will act as a business partner to create visualization and reports that will contribute to identifying trends, patterns, and risks or opportunities to support decision making. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUITY TO: Acquire, harmonize and cleanse data from back-end systems, various sources or disparate Excel files for reporting, while ensuring data integrity and quality Systematize and automate recurring reports and analysis Develop processes and tools to monitor data quality, to identify data issues and propose data cleansing or enhancement solutions Use techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies, and extract meaningful insights Work with analytics leaders to understand supply chain metrics and create reports, heatmaps and visuals to present supply chain performance. Generate ad hoc reports at the request of global business planning users. Generate reports and/or charts to support regular meetings such as sales and operations execution (S&OE), sales and operations planning (S&OP) and business reviews. Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes Stays updated with industry trends and best practices in data consolidation, analysis, visualization, and reporting YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: At least two years of work experience in similar position Proficiency to query data from Snowflake, and good knowledge of SQL. Proficiency to generate reports with the use of Excel and BI solutions (Power BI) Strong communications skills to understand business user requirements and work with IT/data management to acquire necessary data. Ability to transform information into meaningful insights Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong coordination skills Proficiency, or willingness to learn basic supply chain and order management concepts, KPIs and principles. Passion for quantitative analysis, understanding numbers.
