Junior Field Service Engineer

Junior Field Engineer – High-Performance Infrastructure Entry Level We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Field Engineer to join a specialist team supporting a cutting-edge infrastructure network used by a global technology-driven company. In this role, you’ll travel across Europe, working on tall tower sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment—often at extreme heights. You’ll be part of a two-person team, with training and mentorship from an experienced technician. The work is varied, physical, and technically challenging—ideal for someone looking to grow quickly in a dynamic environment. Your Responsibilities Install and maintain advanced infrastructure equipment on towers (up to 300 meters) Perform regular troubleshooting, testing, and upgrade. Travel across Europe (4 nights per week away; hotels and meals covered) Participate in a bi-weekly on-call rotation Follow all safety and quality standards, including working at height procedures Who You Are Previous climbing experience (professional or recreational) Reliable, and comfortable working at heights Valid EU driver’s license and passport Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new systems You speak fluent dutch and English.
