Now we’re looking for a General Manager with serious presence and personality to take the reins and lead this destination venue into its next big chapter. Salary: £45,000 Tronc What You’ll Be Doing: Own the experience – from doors open to last call, you’ll lead the floor, the team, and the vibe. Drive performance – manage P&L, budgets, team targets and guest satisfaction like a pro. Inspire the team – hire, train, and motivate a crew that thrives on service, energy, and excellence. Collaborate with marketing & events – help us fill the rooftop with unforgettable moments, from bottomless brunches to tequila tastings. Maintain standards – high energy doesn’t mean low structure. You’ll keep things sharp, safe, and fully compliant. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a GM in a high-volume, premium bar or restaurant. Rooftop or destination venue? Even better. Natural leader with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach. Financially savvy and obsessed with performance. Guest-obsessed with a love for food, drinks, music, and atmosphere. Calm under pressure, with a flair for the unexpected.
