Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location : Saint Helens, Oregon Pay : $21–$22/hour, DOE Are you passionate about helping others and making a meaningful difference? Join Community Access Services (CAS) as a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our 24-hour residential program in Saint Helens, OR , and play a crucial role in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include: Assist with daily personal care (hygiene, dressing, mobility support) Help individuals build independent living and social skills Encourage participation in community and recreational activities Follow and implement individual service plans (ISPs) Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive living environment Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the best care possible What We’re Looking For: Must be 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with IDD individuals is preferred but not required Valid driver’s license and willingness to become a company driver Ability to pass a national background check Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility Strong communication skills, dependability, and a passion for supporting others Why CAS?
