Opportunity Details: Location: Fordsville & Danville, KY Contract Type: Occupational Medicine / Onsite Employee Health Locum Tenens Open Coverage Dates: Fordsville: 7:30am-1:30pm Wednesdays and Tuesdays (3/26, 4/8, 4/23, 4/29, 5/13, 5/28, 6/10,6/25 and 7/8) Danville: Tuesdays 9:30am-2:30pm (4/15, 5/20, 6/17 and 7/15) and 10a-1p Wednesday 4/30 Practice Setting & Patient Population: Fully equipped onsite clinic designed to deliver concierge-level primary care to corporate employees and their families. All ages seen – employees, spouses, and dependents. Full support staff – MA to assist with front desk, rooming patients, and drawing labs.
