Paint Helper - 1st shift

Volt is immediately hiring Paint Helper for an Aerospace Manufacturing Company located in Newport Beach, CA. As a Paint Helper you will: Clean surfaces thoroughly to remove dust, grease, or debris Carefully apply different types of coatings to surfaces, including primer, top coat, and dry film lubricant to help reduce friction and wear. Develop new ways to organize and position parts on racks to make the painting process more efficient Adjust spacing, angles, and mounting methods to ensure optimal coverage, reduce waste, and speed up production Inspect the painted surfaces for imperfections, such as uneven coverage, bubbles, or drips, and make corrections as needed Maintain clear communication with the team lead to ensure alignment on tasks and goals. This is a Full-Time Opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: 1-3 years' with painting in aerospace background Possess solid painting techniques for superior finishing. Preferred, though not required: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Schedule: Flexible with start time between 6 AM-2:30PM to 7 AM-3:30PM Days: Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $16.50 to $19.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
