Job Description

Family Medicine Medical Director in Philadelphia An opportunity is available for a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient clinic in a leadership role! Practice Setting Join a team of 12 providers, including 9 physicians, 3 behavioral health specialists, and 9 mid-level providers Support staff includes 2 MAs and 1 LPN for each physician Opportunity for a 4.5-day workweek with no weekend requirements Schedule 3 clinical days and 2 administrative days each week Weekly call coverage on a 1:8 rotation (phone-only) Compensation and Benefits Guaranteed base salary of $240K additional bonuses 200 hours PTO, 40 hours sick leave, and 10 paid holidays per year, with options to buy back PTO $2,500 annual CME allowance Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life insurance, and more 403b and 457 retirement options with employer matching Free YMCA membership to 1-15 Greater Philadelphia locations Leadership Responsibilities Lead clinical operations, quality improvement initiatives, and supervise mid-level providers Be actively involved in strategic planning, community outreach, and onboarding new staff No responsibility for overseeing mid-level providers Community Perks Enjoy the rich history and culture of Philadelphia, home to iconic landmarks like the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall Experience a perfect blend of urban living and green spaces, with easy access to beautiful parks, outdoor activities, and a great arts and entertainment scene For more information about this position, connect with us today to learn more!
