Job Description & Requirements Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Mon-Thur 8-4:30 Pay Rate: $125000.00 - $175000.00 Embark on a unique opportunity to join a well-established practice in Northern California as its newest primary care provider. This practice has deep roots in its community, with some patients spanning three or four generations.
