Chief Marketing Officer

Cooltra is looking for a new Chief Marketing Officer to lead the Marketing department. Core Responsibilities Develop Cooltra marketing and communication strategy to achieve the business plan for B2B, B2C and B2G business line with diversified revenue streams. Lead a team of 15 people. Being part of the Leadership team. Define an action plan and manage KPIs for the different areas of the team: growth, retention, communication and design. Planning and executing global campaigns to generate and increase high-quality leads and coordinate with Regional Managers the contents local campaigns. Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure retention and growth. Select a variety of channels (such as emailing, landing pages, social media, private and public communities, etc…) in order to find the most effective mix of activities to drive growth. Work closely with the Tech, Product and Sales department to improve our service. Build trust relations and collaborations with providers and partners to achieve the best result possible. Profile 8 years of experience building marketing strategies as well as experience with growth and digital. Previous experiences leading a team successfully (communicaion, design, acquisition and retention). Exceptional analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel. High level of Spanish and English are mandatory. Other languages are a plus. Be data driven with strong analytical orientation. Hard working. What we offer 50% off on Cooltra services.
