Full Stack Developer - Mid

Based in Parma, Henesis is an emerging innovation hub in Digital Health, Medical Devices, and Artificial Intelligence. With over 10 years of experience in R&D of Wearables, Brain-Computer Interfaces, and Rehabilitation technologies, we pride ourselves on a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, data scientists, and biomedical researchers driving high-impact projects. 3 different offices in Parma, Pisa or Padova. The Role Key Responsibilities System Architecture : Design modular, secure, and scalable full stack software solutions. Backend Development : Develop server-side logic using Python and the Django framework. Database Management : Design, manage, and optimize relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL. API Development : Create and document secure, efficient RESTful APIs. Testing & Debugging : Perform comprehensive unit and integration testing and debug across the entire stack. Team Collaboration : Work closely with UX / UI designers and cross-functional teams for seamless integration. Performance & Security : Ensure optimal performance and adherence to best security practices across all layers. Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience : 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in structured environments. Technical Expertise : Solid understanding of responsive design, RESTful API principles, and MVC architecture. Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with CI / CD tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality. Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows in shared repositories. Commitment to application security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
