The role Reporting to the Regional Manager, the City Manager is a unique opportunity to join the Italian Commercial team. You will build relationships with restaurant partners, enhance our customer proposition, and identify growth opportunities. This role suits someone who enjoys relationship-building and data-driven insights. Location: Genova or nearby cities What you'll do: Become the local expert for your city(s), understanding the restaurant industry and representing Deliveroo locally. Use data insights to improve customer experience neighborhood by neighborhood. Manage top restaurant partners, lead negotiations, and optimize performance for growth. Collaborate with the local account manager to grow local hero brands. Identify and onboard new popular local restaurants. Develop local sales strategies, focusing on key value gaps. Enhance the local customer offering through market knowledge, improving selection and restaurant operations. Maximize marketing opportunities by encouraging restaurant participation. Requirements: 3-4 years in account/relationship management, sales, or strategy roles. Results-oriented and target-driven. Proficient in analyzing restaurant and area performance data. Flexible working pattern: 2-3 days field-based, rest office/home. Strong relationship and communication skills via face-to-face, phone, or email. Why Deliveroo?
