Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in fast-paced environments like restaurants, hospitality, or food & beverage services Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills Strategic procurement expertise with financial and business development understanding Excellent communication skills to build supplier relationships Ability to handle pressure and meet demanding targets and deadlines Passion for food, beverages, and hospitality with a focus on quality and precision Multitasking and time-management skills Fluency in Italian and English What will you work on?
