Responsibilities include: Coordinating and supervising staff during shifts; Ensuring service standards, product quality, and cleanliness; Managing opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory; Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations; Resolving operational issues and customer complaints; Motivating and training team members. Candidate requirements: Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, or GDO sectors; Leadership skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment; Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills; Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
