The Role : The Operations Supervisor supports all operational aspects related to the planning, production, and delivery of an exclusive hospitality experience in Milan during the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026. This role assists the Operations Director by managing event planning, documentation, partner coordination, client interactions, and onsite event execution. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and adaptability to meet dynamic event requirements. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Assist the Operations Director with planning meetings, partner coordination, and stakeholder communication. Prepare, manage, and maintain critical documentation such as agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and action plans using shared digital platforms. Respond promptly and effectively to client requests, especially regarding event materials and production needs. Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring timely coordination of materials and services. Monitor event operations budgets, proactively identifying and reporting discrepancies. Coordinate event production logistics, including setup, execution, and dismantling, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Support sustainability initiatives and practices related to event operations. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Architecture & Design, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in event operations, hospitality, or related environments. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency with digital collaboration tools, event management software, and productivity applications. Ability to multitask effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Commitment to sustainability; experience with sustainable practices in event operations is preferred. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Background in event operations, hospitality management, or related fields. Experience with client relationship management and material production. Interest and experience in sustainability initiatives within event operations. General Responsibilities : Meet milestones and deadlines. Work independently and as part of a team. Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, file storage, and weekly hours billing reports.
