Chef de Partie

We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team at The Isla Gladstone/Cafe in the Park. Located in Stanley Park Liverpool, our venue hosts various events, as well as being a busy Cafe on the ground floor that opens daily 9.30-4pm. Main Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking food to a high standard. Ensuring cooked food is presentable Exercise teamwork with other members of staff Responsible for helping keep areas in the kitchen clean, tidy and stocked ready for service Adhering to Food Hygiene and Safety - knowledge of stock rotation, date labelling, checking temps etc. The Person: Previous Chef experience essential. Willingness to work both in the Cafe as well as busy functions in our Event space when required Knowledgeable about food Positive and cheerful attitude Reliable and Good Timekeeping Able to work in a fast pace environment. 4-5 days per week shift patterns. Desirable hourly rate of pay.
