What You’ll Be Rocking Day-to-Day: Giving show-stopping tours of our beautiful event spaces (bring your best charm!). Keeping the admin side of things running smoother than a champagne fountain. Making sure every event detail is locked in and ready to wow. Handling payments like a pro (no magic wand required). Prepping all the behind-the-scenes essentials—think table plans, schedules, and more. Supporting the sales & marketing crew with creative flair. Answering calls with a smile (even if it’s just your voice). Being the friendly face that brings departments together. Managing your diary like a time-traveling wizard. Staying cool under pressure and keeping the good vibes flowing. Jumping in to help with enquiries and bookings when needed. ?? What You Bring to the Party: At least 1 year of event management experience. A knack for organisation and admin wizardry. Top-notch communication and people skills. Confidence to fly solo or collaborate with the crew. Budget-savvy and financially fluent. Bonus points if you’ve worked in hospitality or events before! �?
