The Role As a Personal Assistant & Team Coordinator , you will play a crucial part in ensuring our partners and their teams operate smoothly and efficiently. Supporting multiple Partners, you'll take ownership of administrative functions, client coordination, and internal team communication. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to three Partners Organise and coordinate meetings (virtual and in-person), including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions Arrange travel bookings including transport, accommodation, and restaurants Support Partners with timesheets, mileage logs, expenses, and invoicing Be the first point of contact for client communications—calls, emails, onboarding, and updates Manage and maintain internal records and client databases Facilitate workflow and communications between Partners and their teams Help maintain a well-organised, efficient, and professional office environment Benefits They value their people and offer a range of benefits to support their well-being and reward their hard work, including: 33 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays and 2 days over Christmas) Christmas bonus Staff recruitment bonus Client commission Employee Assistance Programme Eye test vouchers Annual flu jab Cycle to work scheme The Ideal Candidate They are looking for a confident, professional, and highly organised individual who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality support. About you: Experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Team Coordinator (ideally in a professional services environment) Strong Microsoft Office skills—especially Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Clear, confident written and verbal communication Professional, positive, and proactive attitude High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure Previous experience in an accountancy or financial services firm (desirable) Knowledge of CRM or project management software (desirable) If you're ready to take the next step in your professional support career, they'd love to hear from you.
