The Role As Deputy General Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business. Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen. Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
