This busy and well-known site serves up a selection of Southeast Asian dishes to its loyal clientele. They would like to take the site to the "next level", increasing the number of covers and the dining experience, adding a bar menu and wine pairings. Our client's ethos is to cook traditional Asian cuisine using modern techniques. They have a true passion for Hampshire ingredients paired with imported spices from China, Malaysia, and Thailand. You should have experience in restaurant management and understand Southeast Asian cuisine. What's in it for you?
