Our new stunning site is located on North Bridge in the city centre of Edinburgh. We are looking to hire Sous Chefs & Senior Sous Chefs to the team as we grow and grow day by day. Someone that enjoys a fast-paced busy environment, is passionate about food and has a desire to learn and grow within the business. The role itself: Maximises guest satisfaction by providing the highest & consistent food quality. Support with Cost Control Margins. Support with Control Profitability Margins. Spec Control & Recipes & Wastage. Adhere to all aspects of Food Safety & Health & Safety Standards. Control allergens and all other food compliance.
