Schedule: Dates of Coverage: Varies Schedule: Varies. would evaluate neonates for ROP. Would have access for remote reading and in person exams 1 time a week.Details: Practice Setting: Level III NICU inpatient only Average Number of Patients Per Day - Clinic: 3-5 neonates for ROP assessment weekly. Other Ophthalmologists Provide Coverage During Locum's Coverage Dates - NoPercentage of the Practice is Neonate Pediatric Adolescent Adult Geriatric: 100 Office Ancillary Staff: NNP in the unit who does the imaging and neonatologist available in the unit.EMR: EPIC Trauma Level: Level IIIEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 monthsRequired Ophthalmology Studies: Photos Interpretation Facility Reimbursement: FlightHotel - 200/night rate cap after taxes and fees.
