Job Description Job Description We are the electrical subcontractor for Phase 1 of an exciting new collection of eight premier developments in Santa Monica, led by Milender White as the General Contractor and Tishman Speyer as the developer. This ambitious collection is transforming the downtown Santa Monica area into a vibrant, walkable community that blends modern residential spaces with retail and public areas. We have already successfully completed one of these projects—711 Colorado—and are now actively working on the next three: 501 Broadway, 1430 Lincoln, and 1650 Lincoln. As activity ramps up across these sites, we are seeking skilled and dependable electricians to join our team and be part of building some of the most high-profile developments in the region. We are in need of local full-time local electricians who can commute to these 3 project sites on a daily basis. Each project will take a while to be completed (1-2 years) and therefore, we do not offer project-based, part-time, seasonal, or temporary employment. Instead, we are looking for candidates who are looking for a life-long career and would like to be a part of our already-established team. Applicant must must complete a paid two-week trial period during which their performance will be evaluated on-site to determine suitability for long-term placement. Experience is a MUST and at least one year if it is required. Compensation is by W2 check on a weekly basis. Qualifications include: *Having your own vehicle to travel from one job-site to another job-site *Having your own toolbox and minimum one year experience *Capable of working both as a team and individual *Being very punctual *Being a fast learner *Excellent organizational and time management skills *Attention to detail *Problem solving and accuracy *Reliable *Electrician certification is a PLUS, but not a must-have.
