Director of Luxury Sales

A great opportunity to join as a Director of Luxury Sales at a 5-star luxury hotel in Italy. As Director of Luxury Sales, you will be passionate about creating and executing sales strategies by developing successful long-term relationships with international clients in the luxury segment. Your responsibilities include: Identifying, handling, and developing relationships with international clients in the luxury segment. Ensuring the achievement of the company's revenue targets for the luxury segment by applying sales strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities. Providing proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain feedback on service and product delivery, and to identify areas for improvement. Analyzing trends in the luxury segment to refine company strategy. Analyzing competitor strategies. Collaborating with the sales team to maximize sales and development results. Coordinating activities with Directors of Sales of the group hotels to ensure alignment of sales strategies. Regularly interfacing with the general managers of the group hotels to maintain effective communication. Being available for frequent travel for sales activities, with a high number of travel days expected. Possessing a unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. Having proven experience in the role. Possessing knowledge of market dynamics. Having previous experience managing luxury clients and coordinating sales activities internationally. Maintaining an extensive portfolio of luxury clients across multiple countries, not limited to Italy. Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with luxury travel networks to ensure influence and presence. Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills. Being proactive and a self-starter. Having negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Languages: Fluent in Italian Fluent in English Additional languages are a plus.
