Job Description Job Description About the Role We are building a new kind of sales team: lean, agile, and empowered with AI and automation tools to make prospecting and lead generations smarter. If you’re ambitious, self-motivated, and love connecting with people, this role is for you. Responsibilities Duties Prospect and build relationships with businesses across the US Use AI tools to uncover leads and follow up efficiently Sell a full suite of office and paper products through our DTC websites including envelopes.com, folders.com, and jampaper.com Guide customers through personalized product solutions and seamless onboarding Help solve customer problems with personalized services and customized solutions Work closely with our support team to ensure top tier service after the first sale Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and comfort talking to business owners or decision makers Organized, self-directed, and excited! Quick learner with a positive attitude and drive to succeed Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality is a plus but not required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree from a four year college is preferred Prior experience in sales or customer service highly valued Benefits Perks & Compensation Fully remote position – work from anywhere in the US or CA with preference for Eastern time zone alignment Base Salary uncapped commission Access to AI driven sales tools and CRM automation Ongoing training and mentorship Very competitive performance-based growth opportunities
