Job Title: Registered Nurse Pay: $38-$43 Shift Schedule: Days and Nights Available Location: Bedford, PA Job Description: Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly.
