We are seeking a Store Manager to play a strategic role in leading the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves empowering and motivating the team, generating revenue, and ensuring sustainable growth. The Store Manager will communicate and implement retail strategies aligned with Ralph Lauren's vision and embrace our Winning Culture by meeting sales objectives through the 5 steps of service: Create, Connect, Convert, Confirm, Continue, both in-store and digitally. Responsibilities: Drive sales and profit performance, ensuring all KPIs are met. Partner with leadership to develop budgets and monitor performance. Recruit, select, supervise, and develop store staff. Coach and mentor team members, including succession planning. Manage shrinkage and implement loss prevention procedures. Maintain store standards and ensure effective execution. Provide feedback on high-performing merchandise and presentation. Contribute to merchandise presentation aligned with brand image. Implement promotional strategies supporting sales and marketing goals. Engage in community and charity events. Manage expenses and exceed sales and key metric targets such as Conversion, Units per Transaction, and Sales per hour. Create a memorable customer experience focusing on retention and loyalty. Model and deliver the RL Experience service standards. Ensure a welcoming environment that leaves a positive impression. Build relationships with corporate teams to influence product mix and store layout. Maintain visual standards and execute store directives effectively. Manage inventory to minimize shrink and optimize stock flow. Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety. Optimize resources to enhance productivity and the customer experience. Experience, Skills & Knowledge: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the luxury sector. Deep understanding of the luxury market and competitor activity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships, promote teamwork, and develop talent. Analytical skills and proficiency in reporting. Action-oriented and solution-driven mindset. Competence in IT systems, including Excel and Word. Fluent in English. J-18808-Ljbffr
