The Good Eating Company is looking for a Director of Retail to join our team. The Director of Retail will be responsible for supporting culinary innovation, development, and upholding brand standards. This position will serve as a subject matter expert and support all food and culinary operations across multi-client sites This person will have prior experience managing a hospitality and culinary driven operation with proven results. Responsibilities include area culinary leadership, menu development, hands on cooking, culinary system, opening new business, cost management, training of kitchen staff and food safety programs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, an eye for restaurant quality food, and a high level of organization. A strong focus in customer service, culinary expertise, and attention to detail are key in our selection process.
