As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of goods in our warehouse. Main Responsibilities: Implementing Goods Receipt/Issue Procedures Receiving detailed and accurate information when goods arrive at the hotel, checking and recording the quantity and condition of goods Verifying goods receipt/issue requisition documents to ensure quality goods and delivering them to the right location Responsible for arranging neat and clean locations and premises to receive goods efficiently Ensuring that the goods receipt and issue process does not damage the goods Recording specific goods received notes and goods delivery notes to list the quantity of goods Tracking the number of goods receipted/issued each day and comparing with minimum norms to maintain warehouse efficiency Inventory Management: Keeping track of minimum inventory and stock counts for the day Ensuring that goods have a reasonable minimum inventory level in case departments unexpectedly request large quantities or there are damaged goods during transportation Other Responsibilities: Making purchase requisition forms according to plan Making goods purchasing and issue procedures Following up on goods receipt processes to speed up purchasing and ensure good store performance Complying with fire prevention regulations Ability to adapt quickly to the working environment Good teamwork skills Marriott International's Commitment: As an equal opportunity employer, we believe in hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive, people-first culture.
