Job Description

The Marketing Manager drives brand awareness and revenue for Nobu Hotel Roma and Nobu restaurant. Responsible for the annual marketing plan, they oversee public relations, social media, e-marketing, advertising, and collateral. This role manages PR and digital agencies, guest communications, key vendor relationships, and media requests while ensuring brand integrity. Strong digital marketing, writing, and editing skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan, budget, and performance reports. Manage PR, advertising, promotions, and digital marketing with agencies and corporate teams. Maintain and update property and partner websites, image libraries, and online listings. Create and deploy email campaigns, ensuring CRM best practices. Support revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and local partnerships. Oversee social media channels, content, engagement, and performance reporting. Organize influencer and promotional events, including photography shoots. Develop marketing strategies for F&B outlets, hotel programming, and special events. Conduct PR meetings, manage media visits, and oversee brand-aligned partnerships. Assist with on-property marketing initiatives and community outreach. Reports to: Director of Commercial Qualifications Required: Hospitality marketing experience in a management role. Bilingual with strong written and verbal proficiency in Italian and English. Preferred: University degree. Prior experience in luxury hospitality marketing.
