About the Role As the Multi-Site General Manager, you will be the operational and cultural leader across several flagship nightclubs. Youll bring strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a deep understanding of the nightlife and entertainment industry. You will champion a guest-first approach, develop high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence across all venues. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic and day-to-day management of multiple high-volume nightclub venues. Drive business growth through innovation, performance analysis, and customer experience. Recruit, train, develop, and motivate management teams to ensure consistent service delivery and staff engagement. Oversee financial performance and profitability across all sites, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ensure all operations are fully compliant with licensing, health & safety, and legal regulations. Maintain brand standards and continuously seek opportunities for venue and service improvement. Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, events, HR, etc.) to optimise business opportunities. About You Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within the nightlife, hospitality, or high-turnover F&B sector. Proven multi-site management experience is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop large, diverse teams. Commercially astute with a keen eye for detail and operational standards.
