The position is based in Northern Italy, onsite. This is a Business-to-Business role. Please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, dried fruits and vegetables, and other value-added Food Ingredients, not FMCG or HORECA. You will be responsible for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, NPD. You are a specialist in Food Ingredients. Develop strategies and formulate annual business plans, market share objectives. Lead larger teams including Finance, Operations, Sales, Business Development, R&D, NPD. Manage all commercial activities and implement growth-focused strategies, especially in new product areas and emerging markets. Ensure profitable business growth and commercial success. Require an MBA from a reputed institute and 15-20 years of experience in the Food B2B industry. Drive the entire business operations focusing on top-line and bottom-line performance, increasing revenues and profitability. Fluent in English and other local languages such as Italian.
