Responsibilities Perform food preparations, cooking, and cleaning to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Follow the prep list from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. Prepare food items daily in their assigned area and other kitchen sections. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and operate dishwashing equipment. Assist kitchen staff in producing menu items to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability. Estimated Monthly Budget Projected income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15) Housing costs: $600/month Meals are provided during working hours. J1 Visa Program This traineeship is part of a J1 visa program designed for young professionals or recent graduates to gain work experience and cultural exchange.
