Position: For VOI Andilana Beach Resort , the most awarded resort in the Indian Ocean located in one of the most pristine areas of the island, we are seeking a Front Office Manager for the 2025/2026 season. Reporting to the General Manager , the responsibilities include: Coordinating and managing the Front Desk team to ensure proper planning and execution of guest reception and management, assisting with problem resolution and complaint handling. Ensuring effective communication and synergy between departments, analyzing forecast reports, and fulfilling all administrative, regulatory, fiscal, and privacy requirements. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role at large hotels or resorts abroad. Knowledge of Revenue Management principles and commercial policies. Excellent command of Microsoft Office, email tools, and hotel management software, preferably Scrigno. Fluent in English, French, and Italian. Strong team-building and motivational skills. Excellent interpersonal, managerial, and organizational skills. Leadership and problem-solving abilities. Additional information: Location: Nosy Be, Madagascar.
